To register with Winza, you must be 18 years of age or older. The information you provide at registration — your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. Winza reserves the right to close any account created with false information, at any time.

After registration is complete, Winza may require identity verification (KYC) where necessary. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, birth certificate, or passport. Failure to provide the required documents may limit access to certain account features. KYC is mandatory before processing large withdrawals in particular.

• The mobile number provided during registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• No individual may operate two separate accounts at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Your Winza account is entirely personal. Never share your login credentials — your username and password — with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not it was authorized by you.

If suspicious activity is detected, Winza reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice. In such cases, the member will be given the opportunity to go through an investigation. If the allegation is not substantiated, the account will be reinstated.

You can deposit at Winza via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100 (for bKash/Nagad). Deposits are generally instant — your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

A minimum balance of ৳100 is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to your registered payment method — transfers to third-party numbers are not permitted. Once a match or event has started, in-play betting odds change rapidly. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical delay, Winza reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake in full.

Sports betting payouts are calculated once the result of an event is confirmed. If a match result is disputed or officially revised, Winza will settle the bet in accordance with the announcement from the relevant governing body. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winza platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited:
